Today's Everyday Fashion: Pink on Pink
For anyone who reads Vogue, LSD is not a drug. LSD stands for Lauren Santo Domingo, who is one stylish chick. I totally dig this photo of her in pink-on-pink and decided to do a more rugged interpretation with some skinny cargos. I love the idea of piling pink on top of pink, and I'm still happy I "splurged" on this pink blazer at Banana about a year ago. Would you dress in head-to-toe blush pink?

I love your take on the inspiration better than the photo! Adding the cargo pants definitely toughens up the soft and feminine pink on pink. I also like pink/blush paired with gray too! Heather
ReplyDeleteOhh that pale pink is so feminine! Love her look but actually love yours more- the mix of hard and soft is so great here!
ReplyDeleteLOVE blush pink!!! You look great.

I probably wouldn't do head to toe in it but the blush pink looks cute. However, the pic you have looks like your jacket is white.
ReplyDeleteI like Lauren Santo Domingo's style, but this time I think you did better with your outfit, the different shades of pink you chose work better
ReplyDeleteYes to pink - lots and lots of pink! Especially with something tough like army green cargos, a leather jacket or masculine like oxfords. Perfection!
ReplyDeleteLove your interpretation - especially with the skinny cargos!
