  11. The second ensemble is my favorite, although you look beautiful in all of them!  I've never been much of a floral person - because I'm so short, I was always afraid they'd be overwhelming, but I just may have to try to incorporate a skirt or dress into my wardrobe this spring.

  12. Thanks Kate! Yep, I'm still planning to do them from time to time. Any requests on specific items/trends you'd like to see?

  13. J your hair looks amazing on the far left!!! Is that your newest style?  Also, I'm in love with that Charlotte Ruse dress and am so disappointed we don't get these stores/deals in Canada!

  14. Thanks Holly! Out of the 4 pictures, the one on the far left is by far the newest. My hair is quite a bit darker than even that pic now though. :-) And I agree about the C.Russe - dress I think it's the aqua color that is drawing me in!

  15. Thank you! I think you should try a shirt or a skirt this spring - I'm planning to experiment a bit more with florals myself! :-)

  16. I lu-hv that pencil skirt and would be buying it myself if I hadn't banned myself from buying more pencil skirts at the moment. :-)

  18. Yay for all the floral print! I tend to like smaller floral prints but some of these are great! And perfect for spring! I love that almost all of these are Church appropriate too! It's hard to find Easter dresses because so many of the cute ones are strapless/too low/too short! But these are great!

  19. I love the 2 middle looks on you and wish I had more floral in my closet.
This isn't floral related, but do you ever wear long (below knee) skirts or dresses? Any tips? I'm an at or just above-the-knee pencil skirt girl myself, but went today to try and find longer spring dresses or skirts and it was a total fail.  I'm trying to figure out if I'm just too short to pull it off or too big in the hips for anything other than pencils to look good on me.

  20. I always think of florals when I think of Easter outfits too.  I really love the one from Charlotte Russe, the colors are gorgeous.

  21. Andi, almost everything I try tends to be short on me, so I have yet to find anything below the knee. The mid length is becoming more popular though, so I will probably give it a shot at some point! There is a reason it's only mildly popular though, it can be tough to pull off and not just make you look shorter. I would proceed with caution, and if you aren't sure how something looks, I suggest snapping a photo in it - you may actually look better than you think! :-)

  24.  I sometimes like florals on others (love the pattern of look #1 and the overall outfit of #2), but i hate them on myself.  I tend to like cutesy styles like that, but I'm over 6' tall so I've never felt I could pull off 'cute' lol
pS...love the darker hair, it makes your tan pop :)

  26.  Hm, nothing coming to mind at the moment, but I will be sure to let you know if something does! Maybe something about non-traditional work pieces work appropriate? I remember you did that once with the pink BR skirt (by adding tights). As the weather continues to get hotter, putting a cardigan over sleeveless tops and dresses no longer seems like a reasonable option. (I am allowed to go sleeveless at work - I teach - I just feel uncomfortable doing so.) Should I bite the bullet, or is there an alternative to wearing cardigans over sleeveless tops?
