Let the countdown to 2012 begin! I have low-key plans tonight and I'm still not sure what I'm going to wear, so I thought I would share some of my past looks that could work for New Years Eve for various climates and venues. The top row is some of my favorite looks with sparkle (sequins) and the bottom row is all about black jeans (first three) and black tights (last three). I personally can't wait to ring in the New Year and get 2012 started! I'll be sharing some of my resolutions over the next week - do you have any New Year's resolutions? What are you doing to ring in the New Year?

ReplyDeleteis it just me, or is that darker hair you're sporting in the third sparkle pic? I think you look fab a bit darker. perhaps new year, new hair color?
ReplyDeletemy vote goes to the 3rd from the left on the top row - so cute!x
ReplyDeleteI agree with everyone else so far. Love the shoes in the third pick on the top row, and you'd look fabulous as a brunette!

Thank you Terri! I actually went brunette about a week ago. :-) Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteCharlotte, nope, that's my natural hair color (which is darker). I made it official about a week ago and got rid of my highlights! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the gold sequin skirt and the silver blazer in the top row. I agree with you, can't wait to start 2012 - the events of the previous year prepare us for all the great things to come! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI love the second look. I can't get enough of sequins and anything shiny! Great outfits and pairings! Wishing you a very wonderful 2012!

This year I took a page out of my friend Tolly's book, and chose a 2012 Word of the Year. This year, my word will be fearless. I will be willing to go out on a limb and try new things even if it means possibly falling down. Happy New Year lovely lady - I hope 2012 treats you well!!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to one of my favorite bloggers!!
ReplyDeleteFor this new year, I'm all about taking better care of my health and my finances. A big part of that is ridding my closet of items I haven't worn in a while and trying to do "more with less."
ReplyDeleteThank you Patti, Happy New Year to you too!
ReplyDeleteLove it Cathy, that's a great word for 2012!
