I've been calling this print Dalmatian but snow leopard is another name for it! No matter what you call it, I loved the idea of wearing this dress with hot pink thanks to my inspiration photo. I also love wearing dresses as skirts with shirt over them, but I don't have a hot pink top like pictured so I used a blazer instead. This print is all over stores as evidenced by my many finds below - are you wearing snow leopard prints yet?

Pink blazer: H&M, $37 (similar, similar)

I don't really like leopard print unless it's on my shoes, but the hot pink against the dress looks amazing
ReplyDeleteYour first look is my fav! Loving that bold color! You look fab!

I really love this color pairing. I've actually done the same color scheme but with a houndstooth skirt. I love the dress but am afraid it's too short for work. How tall are you?
ReplyDeleteThanks Natalie! Yes, definitely way too short for work - this is a nighttime look in my opinion. I'm 5'7".
ReplyDeleteBummer, I'm 5'7" as well. It's so cute, though!
ReplyDeleteI have that same dress and I love it. I just wish it was a little longer!
ReplyDeleteCute! I really need to invest in this print :)
ReplyDeleteI wore an outfit almost identical to the last one here: http://lovesje.blogspot.com/2012/11/i-love-weekend-recap.html
ReplyDeleteGlad to know it is in style! ha. LOVE your posts. Thanks for the style inspiration!
This is such a fun twist on animal prints that also incorporates winter white. Just wore a sweater over a dress last night -- love how it so easily switches up an outfit!

I've always disliked the black/white/hot pink color combo, but....that actually is pretty cute.
ReplyDeleteI've never liked black/white/pink together so the second outfit you showed is much better in my eyes :)

I love leopard print but never tried snow leopard. Love it with the pink blazer. You've inspired me to give it a try :)

Super cute looks! I have a snow leopard dress that I bought at New York & Co last fall and it's become a favorite. It's a nice alternative to leopard print and fun to wear in the winter :) Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Heather
ReplyDeleteIMO, your dress IS dalmation, while your inspiration photo is snow leopard. Love that outfit from Piperlime :)
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit and I love the 2 combinations.

super cute! where would you suggest to buy good opaque black tights?
ReplyDeleteHi I'm from Sweden and I was just wondering if you know any store where I can buy prime boots, Johnny Bulls or Paldium? :D And also you have a great blog! :D
ReplyDeleteI really love the second look - bicker jaket makes the outfit even cooler)))

LOVE the pop of bright pink! Especially paired with black tights and boots.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is adorable! I like the outfit with the hot pink sweater! I already have a sweater like this but now I might have to get a dress...
ReplyDeleteThanks!

The outfit looks utterly stupid
ReplyDeleteWhy even comment?
DeleteSnow leopard and dalmation are two completely different prints...
ReplyDeleteI don't have any snow leopard prints. You know, I keep thinking this animal print fad is going to die out any day (and I didn't want to jump on board only to have the pieces sitting there) but it's still here! Maybe it's not too late...

Although the black/white/pink combination has been around for many years, you............ (and the Piperlime Inspiration photo, too!!)............ have, once again, made this color combo look not only very on-trend, but also............ just wonderfully flattering and "fresh," too, J.!!
ReplyDeleteI love leopard!!! Great outfit

I love your site! I started a blog myself, and if anyone took a moment to read it or tell your friends about it, I would be so grateful! Have a great thanksgiving

I believe I got mine at TJ Maxx. I think We Love Colors has the highest quality tights I've seen though!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Malin! I wish I could help but I'm not familiar with those brands!
ReplyDeleteHi, I love your site! I'm from Croatia, region Dalmatia :)
ReplyDeleteSeriously speaking the print of animal designs in leopard seems great and the jacket also g's for it....The combo of both were looking nice... Its a great outfit i can say it....
ReplyDeleteokey, thanks any way! :D
ReplyDeleteLove this dress! I will be keeping my eyes open for this print!
ReplyDeleteThis outfit looks A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. with the hot pink jacket - the dress looks gorgeous on you J :)
ReplyDeleteHi J...your outfit totally has given me inspiration with some items from my closet ~ yeah!! I have a hot pink skirt and just purchased a "dalmation" sweater. Thanks for the help!
ReplyDeleteI love this dress!!! Is there anything else out there more similar than the pics you've posted. None of these are as cute as yours. :( Any ideas? I am desperate to find a dress like that!
ReplyDeleteI would check eBay Katie! These are the only shopping finds I could find in this print. Also, check H&M if you have a store near you! Good luck.
