Today's Everyday Fashion: The Roadtrip

This is what I wore on the road to Miami yesterday! (And yep, I'm totally pumping gas in these pictures - doesn't get more realistic than that!) :-) This outfit sums up my super-casual style. I love rocking a t-shirt with interesting details, comfy shorts and flat sandals. This is also my first time wearing my new wrist bling - a departure from my usual all-metal bracelets, but I think I'm digging the colorful additions. What is your roadtrip style? Have you ever tried this style of bracelets?

  10. I love your new style of bracelets and think it adds a bit of flair to the basics.  I also wear similar tops and jeans when doing Road trips and of course flats or sandals!  Your bracelets are fab by the way!  I love the turquoise and red one!

  13. I love this outfit....simple....cute....casual....and comfortable! My kind of road trip or day wear. I love the new shoes, too. Most of your outfits have really cute heels, but since I'm running after kids all day they aren't very practical for my daily routine. I did take advantage of your finding here and purchased myself a pair:). I got them through 6pm for 47.40. Thanks for always posting such cute ideas!

  14. I never noticed this before - but I love how you layer traditional chains with pendants to make them look much more modern.   I'm going to try that - I have a bunch of beautiful chains and pendants that I don't wear much anymore because they feel too traditional.  I will try layering them!

  19. Thanks Lindsay! The brand is Sinful Colors Professional and I got it at Target. I don't know the name but it's a bright neon pink - the stuff literally glows under a black light. I'll let you know the name when I get home!

I'm not sure which ones you mean, the ones on my right hand? The top one is by Stella & Dot and that links to my website. The other 4 are by Sarah Aghili and links are to her website.

  29. This is the type of outfit I wear!!!  I adore all of your office and dressy looks, but being a stay-at-home mom, I'm more about comfy and cute (of course!) - this is perfect!  I'm also ordering a bunch of bracelets from Sarah's site - love so many of them and the prices are great!

  30. I love that top! I don't often buy clothes online but I am really coveting this! I'm not sure if I should get a small or a medium. Are you wearing a small? Thanks!!

Thank you! The measurements seemed small and I wanted it to be roomy, so I got a Medium. I would say it fits more like a size Small (I'm usually an XS), so order up if you want it a looser fit!
