Today's Everyday Fashion: Bohemian

I was immediately smitten with this girl's bohemian flare. I love her turquoise wedges, so I pulled out my turquoise flat sandals as a substitute. I like her rolled pants look, but since my shoes are flat, I left my pants long. We've both got on navy tops, so add to that my lime green purse from last summer, and my favorite "arts and crafts" necklaces and I think this is a winning look for a casual occasion! (All I'm missing is the tote bag.) Would you rock a bohemian look?

  2. Oh my God, J! I'm in love with this look, it is perfect. It's youthful but chic, it has just the right amount of color. The pants are so cool and the accessories are killer, too! Well, done. I mean, you could basically wear that anywhere, right? Where would you wear this look to?
I'd like to see more casual looks like that.

  7. I don't think I'm the Boho type. I'm more of your classic looking woman, although I do envy women that can pull of the boho look. And you do it quite well!

  20. I was planning on wearing some rolled khakis with some flat shoes.  Are you saying that is a no?

I don't believe in fashion rules, so I'm definitely not saying no. :-) If you roll your pants to the spot on your leg that she is wearing her pants, then it will likely make you look shorter. If that is something you are concerned about, then wearing heels will balance that out.

  22.  Great look!  The colorful jewelry against the navy really pops, and the shoes are perfect with the darker colors of the top and pant.  Love it!
