Today's Everyday Fashion: Pretty Plaid

I love plaid, but I can't help but envision lumberjacks when thinking about plaid, and lumberjacks aren't pretty. So what's a girl to do? I took a page out of Harper's Bazaar book (literally) and decided to make my own pretty plaid look. The leather jacket and jeans may be "rough" but the diamond necklace and pointy pumps don't get much more girlie.

Styling tips: Try adding some feminine accessories to create your own pretty plaid look!

  3. Love this look!! Love the way you recreated it and I love the concept of adding feminine details to the roughness of it to make it an all around awesome look.

Love the look of the rolled jeans too, I gotta try that with my skinnies!! Although I have to say it takes me back to the 80's when it was cool to "Peg" your jeans! Haha! :)

  11. I was wondering what cut of jeans you are wearing. They seem too long to be a boyfriend, are they a skinny or a straight? Btw....love this look!

  12. They are skinny, but they are a bit big on me so almost appear boyfriend up top. Click on the blue "American Eagle" to be taken to the website where you can see them/purchase them!
