Today's Everyday Fashion: Ice Skating

Last night I went ice skating at UCF with my 8-year-old niece. It was finally chilly enough in Orlando to wear boots, and this outfit proved to be perfectly comfy for the 2.5 hours we spent on the ice!

Occasion: Ice skating
Jacket: Gap, $25
T-shirt: Forever 21, $8
Belt: H&M
Jeans: American Eagle, $33
Boots: Forever 21, $33
Earrings: Urban Outfitters, $5
Purse: Juicy Couture, $115

  1. So funny! I walk downstairs and think, "Hmmm, wonder what J's wearing in her post." So, I click on your blog and OMG! We are wearing the same thing!

  2. Fabulous! Love your blog!
An idea for a post- so I am traveling for xmas, a week in california. I am trying to be judicious and efficient in my packing. So, what would YOU pack for a week away? I want to be prepared for any type of event, dressy, to kick back and chill. But I need to fit it all into a medium sized suitcase.
Thanks, and I can't wait to see what you come up with!

  4. How was the ice skating?? I've been wanting to check it out. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos? I think E. might be a little too little still to try ice skating but was there other fun, Christmasy stuff there, too?

Us northern transplants have to get our cold fixes wherever we can, huh?

And of course, you look adorable!

  7. Thanks everyone!

Keiranzma, when packing for a trip, it's all about the shoes because they are the heaviest and bulkiest item in your suitcase. Pick 1-3 pairs that you can mix and match for tons of occasions, then a jacket or two that go with the shoes. The rest is icing on the cake - a couple tops in different colors and some jewelry and you're all set! :-)

MomJovi, we loved ice skating at UCF! Tons to do other than skating, check out their website they have tons of details on there.

Pearls, these are my first pair from Forever 21 and I love them! Great quality and comfy too.
