I actually wore this exact look with a blue blouse to work last week. I felt like I was in a rut for a cute office look when it's so warm outside. Rolling up the sleeves on a classic button-up and pairing it with dress shorts fit the summer look and was very comfortable.
I would wear this in a heartbeat if I had any of the peices. The only thing I have is the pointy toe heels :) I wish there was an H&M closer to my house... OR that you could order online.
