Just posted to eBay
I just posted this dress to eBay! I have been drooling over this dress for months, so imagine my disappointment when it arrived from the UK this week and it's 2 sizes too big for me (I pinned it back with clothes pins for the picture). I don't have the patience to get it tailored, so.... Check out the listing if you're interested!

ReplyDeleteJust checked out the ebay page, and I gotta say I'm not surprised you don't have any bids so far, considering you're starting the bidding at the price you originally paid! The idea of bidding is that you start on a lower price than what you intend to sell it for - that's why bidding occures! Essentially you bought it for $100, so it would be reasonable to start the bidding at $40. But keep in mind, you really you bought it for £60 - which spends like $60 in the US. Just a hint if you want to get rid of it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads up Jen! I can send the dress back to Monsoon for a full refund, so that's why I have it at that price. No point in letting someone have it for less than what I paid! Also, 60 pounds is $90 in the US, so I'm not sure where you're getting that?
