Ooh, this is a tough one. Although I think your version of the outfit looks alright, I think the original looks a tonne better. I believe it's all in the jacket. If yours was longer, and your skirt was more bubble shaped, I'd like it more. It would take a supermodel to honestly pull off the blue jacket though, in my opinion. You'd need to be very young and edgy to make it look right.

No, I'm not sure who it is, I got the picture from Chicisimo. I rarely shop at Target but I know some people who find amazing deals there. I mostly stick to their designer collaborations, like with this jacket!
