Nautical doesn't even begin to describe it, ladies. I started with one idea and the sea-faring ideas just kept coming. I posted the outfits in chronological order of how I came up with them, and the white shorts could also be subbed for a skirt or cropped pants if you prefer something longer. Which one is your favorite?

I have a deep and passionate love for nautical-themed outfits. Each of these is darling, and that dress and shirt would be perfect to watch the Jayhawks kick some butt tonight! :) Rock chalk!
ReplyDeleteLove the second look the most.

I love it when your favorites match my current fashion crushes. I have a couple of those striped shirts on my wishlist, too!
ReplyDeleteI love all of them! I would totally rock the second outfit, but I would take the shoes from the first outfit.
ReplyDeletelove the preppy look on you! and love those Talor & Stylist shoes, too cute.
ReplyDeleteI really like the sweater in the second outfit. Super cute!
ReplyDeleteI love the second outfit with the cardigan and white shorts. So cute!
ReplyDeleteI do like your take on the nautical look, not very traditional. But it works!

I love the nautical look! My favorite looks are the first two. I love that BR cardigan, I think I remember seeing it there forever ago and I decided not to purchase it, I wish I would have!

Hmm Ill have to check out those Gap shorts. I'm coming to the realization that a 3" inseam is infinitely more flattering on me than a 2" inseam. It must be me maturing lol
ReplyDeleteI tried on that dress from Target last weekend and it is super cute but practically see through, it's so thin. I ended up putting it back and getting the red one with bicycles on it instead.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE anything nautical. I would vote for the dress and peplum with shorts as my favorite outfits. I'm just waiting for some warm weather to break out the spring skirts!
ReplyDeleteAll cute, but I LOVE the second look!
ReplyDeleteThe dress is very beautiful, I have a very similar and is a success.
ReplyDeleteI think the second look is my favorite... nautical is just such a cute theme to play around with!!

My favorite outfit is the first one, I think the red peplum top would look great with a pair of white jeans.

I like all the looks, but #1 and 2 are my favorites. Just curious, why are you holding the striped blazer in the first pic, but there are no pics wearing it?
ReplyDeleteI really like the cardigan and white shorts and the shorts and peplum alone. Cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rae! I had a bunch more photos I wanted to share - the jacket on, another cardigan with the shorts, etc. but the post just started to feel too long so I limited it to four pictures! :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat cruise wear!
ReplyDeleteAlthough all of these outfits are awesome I am in LOVE with the 2nd outfit!
ReplyDeleteI love that orangey red color!
