I'm loving prints lately, and I'm loving peplum, so I'm really loving printed peplum. The geometric shapes and bright colors on today's blouse won over my heart instantly, and the $10 price tag (original price $78) was icing on the cake. I'm equally obsessed with all the options below, now if only they were all $10. :-) Would you wear a printed peplum top?
Cardigan: Moda c/o MJR Sales, $14
Jeans: Target, $22 (similar)
Purse: Ann Taylor, $30 (similar)
Shoes: Lauren Conrad c/o Kohl's, $28
you look gorgeous in this, as usual. beautiful blouse.

I love love LOVE this outfit! Great spring look. I love peplum tops on other people, I have tried on quite a few and they just don't look right on me. It makes me sad because every time I see a cute one on somebody else I think, man I wish I could pull those off! They make me look very boxy and big.
ReplyDeleteIn love with this printed peplum!
ReplyDeleteAnd here I thought I was done with my shopping! Oh, J, you never cease to inspire! That top is drool-worthy, especially the price, and I'm kicking myself for not picking up those jeans when they were still available. This is a winner all the way!

these tops are so much fun! love the outfit. i think i would pair the top with darker jeans though as i think it would look to Easter-ish on me!
ReplyDeleteLove your outfit. The top is perfect for Spring. My favorite top is the polka dot one. I'm hosting a link up next thursday April 11. Show me your favorite Spring trend. Hope to see you there.

Great top! It would also look great with one of your pencil skirts for a more formal look!

Personally, I wouldn't wear printed peplum but I can definitely admire them - especially the Pure Sugar one! That's such a great pattern!

Love this color combo and the pink necklace you paired with it!! You look sooo tan!!!
ReplyDeleteI just ordered my first peplum top and I can not wait to try it!
ReplyDeleteWe love this style! It's the perfect warm-weather adaptation of an already-popular trend! We love the fun colors and geometric design of this top. Another printed peplum we love is the Paint Drop Top. It's perfect for people who are more shy about bright colors and patterns - the subtle blue and white design is beautiful and classic!
ReplyDeleteNow if all tops were $10 my closet would look completely different. Love the color pairing here. You look fantastic!

I feel like I'm too chunky for peplum (my hips don't need any extra volume), but it looks really cute on everyone I see wearing it.

I love printed peplum (even though I can't wear peplum myself; my curves don't need any more emphasis haha) and you found some really great ones here :)

ReplyDeleteI purchased these pants and have been hunting for ways to wear them! The picture is an assault on my eyes with all the bright colors, but I love it. I am sure it looks a little different in person!
ReplyDeleteI definitely could not pull that off, but you look amazing in it! So fun! Also, where do you get your bubble necklaces? Is that one J.Crew?

To answer your question "Would you wear printed peplum?" ... No, I wouldn't!!! I'm personally not a fan of that top at all, or any of those tops. But I'm glad you love it!
