Today's Everyday Fashion: It's My Birthday!






































I turned 28 yesterday! I celebrated with a girls night out and this is what I wore! My friend Ashely's b-day is 3 days before mine and this is our second year celebrating together. We started the afternoon with a trip to Neiman Marcus where we were treated to a little skincare 101 from the Kate Sommerville counter and a makeup application from Chanel and Armani for our night out. I have never worn that much eye makeup but I loved my makeup artist (it was her b-day too!) and I figured I would try something new. We were later joined by so many lovely ladies, and had a great night out celebrating life!

    Happy birthday, J!  I saw on Facebook you mentioning something about eyebrows.  I use a Shiseido eyebrow pencil that my makeup-artist-sister introduced me to.  It's $22--more expensive than any makeup I've ever bought (I'm a drugstore kinda girl), but it's lasted 3 years and still not even halfway gone, and I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY.  My sister told me that the formula is activated when it touches your natural skin/hair oils which prevents it from drawing unnaturally heavy lines.

    That dress is amazing. I have always wanted a dress in that style, even better if it is such a vivid, beautiful blue. You pulled it off well because all the rouching adds curves on you and your legs look even more amazing. I am not sure if I would pull it off as well since I am a little curvier, though a size small. I love the little heavier, prettier makeup, too. I love the 2 top photos of you in your amazing birthday dress & the one of all of you with your girlfriends, but actually I like all pics, the ones with the pink t-shirt, too.
